When you reach the Death Coil part of the rotation, cast Death Coil until you are no longer able to. If you use Summon Gargoyle in place of Death Coil, be sure to use it with full runic power, and do not Death Coil again until the Gargoyle has despawned. When repeating the rotation, use Death Coil in the place of Summon Gargoyle until it is available again.
