• Eendo: Wristband + Autorun = Eendo Jenkens

The creator of the Shortbus Moment had a wristband he wore for gaming. He had misplaced this precious article of clothing, and during a memorable Molten Core run, he spotted it under his desk. In his excitement over locating his wristband, he wrenched his hand from his mouse, accidentally hitting the button bound to autorun as he reached for it. When he returned victorious to his upright and gaming position, the sight of a grinning Majordomo Executus and 40 dead xeno--himself included--greeted him. But he had his wristband....

• Tamlyn: Master Loot + Warrior + Warlock = Oops

During a late-night Molten Core raid, she was the Master Looter. When Ragnaros was defeated, he dropped two pairs of pants: one for a Warlock, one for a Warrior. When the bidding was completed, and looting was done...the warlock had two pairs of pants, but could only wear one....

• Dakini: Pet Aggressive + Autogrowl + Vael = Huntard

One night Dakini was out farming with her pet. Shortly after there was a raid on Blackwing Lair, and being forgetful, Dakini did not change her pets stance before she dismissed him. Her pet, Lye, was a Furious Howl worg and she needed his buffs during the Vael fight. Of course, she forgot she had him on aggressive with Growl on autocast. It was casting Call Pet that ended that first attempt poorly.

• Threnody (as Analiese): Derrick + Healing + Corners = New friends!

Long ago, in a Molten Core far away, Analiese was tasked with Main Tank healing. Filled with confidence, she starts Flash Healing and popping Renew for a double Destroyer pull. Suddenly, the Main Tank gets knocked out of sight and Ana has to move to heal! She swings around a rocky outcropping, and promptly gets knocked back into Gehennas. Hello, new friends!

• Houser: getting squished by Thaldred in Kael'Thas' phase 1.

I believe it went down like this:

Raid: "Houser it's on you"
Houser: "Ya, got it no worries"
Houser: "Come to Houser" (inside voice "IOOOOO")
Houser gets wtfpwned.
Houser: "Ok, I am retarded"

Lessons Learned:
1. Stop verbally taunting the bosses.
2. The clipping up on stage doesn't allow you to find Narnia.
3. As much as I like the attention, I am just way too comfortable on stage.

• Niall (as Niall): Pulling + AOE = Ouch

Niall pulling BM mobs(trash) for Kim and Kludge to AoE.......The entire zone, infact Kimpossible died twice during the pull. True Story!
Niall - "Wait for it, ok AoE!"
Niall - "Lets try that again I am sure we can do it"

Ouch!

• Deluded: Right Click + Jaina = Lemmings for Loot

After successfully tanking wave after wave of ghouls, banshees and necromancers, Deluded felt the need to have a chat with a pretty lady. Unfortunately, loot from Anetheron had not been distributed to the winners. Jaina Proudmoore began the next event and the area was overrun by a gaggle of ghouls while xeno members flocked to the portal entrance in an effort to receive their winnings. To be fair, the loot should have been placed on Master Looter during the boss kill, but sometimes Tamlyn is forgetful. But the many valiant deaths and cries of "I've got them, zone in.... No, I'm dead," on vent were all due to Deluded.
